The Estuary ring was hand-carved from jewellers wax using an ancient tradition of lost wax casting and made into recycled silver. Its design was inspired by aerial footage of river systems in rainforests across the world. It features 4 x ethically mined Australian teal sapphires, flush set into each river.
The ‘Cove - Sunglitter’ ring was hand carved in wax, cast into recycled silver, hand-finished and set with your choice of sustainably sourced gemstones. The gemstones are star-set into the top of the ring to mimic the reflection of sunlight amongst waves, the polished peaks of stars sit in contrast to the satin ring.

Part of the ‘Lunar Tides’ collection, the ‘Drip’ ring was hand-carved from jewellers wax using the wax build up method. Its design lends itself to the movement of water, creating a bold yet playful everyday piece and is made from recycled silver.

This ‘Diamond Core’ pendant is made from 18ct recycled yellow gold, and set with a rough Ocean Diamond. These diamonds are sourced sustainably from the seabed by experienced divers off the coast of Namibia. The diamond is set in a beautiful molten setting, set while the metal was still flowing.
This pendant comes with a 16inch 18ct yellow gold chain, shown in the photos.

Part of the ‘Lunar Tides’ collection, the ‘Dune’ hoops create movement and a rippling reflection to mimic the sand dune surface and were completely hand-forged. They are made from the precious metal of your choice.
These hoop earrings feature two great white shark teeth, expertly crafted using traditional and modern techniques to look just like those that wash up on shore. The Power of Plants collection is inspired by nature's incredible ability to heal and adapt. Crafted from recycled precious metals and featuring ethically sourced gemstones, each piece highlights the remarkable properties of plants.
This ring is made from the recycled precious metal of your choice and inspired by coral. It represents the ‘growth’ category for the ‘Power of Plants’ collection by Lores. This collection focused on the almost magical features of plant life on our planet.
About
Most reef-building corals contain photosynthetic algae, called zooxanthellae, that live in their tissues.
The corals and algae have a mutualistic relationship.
The coral provides the algae with a protected environment and compounds the need for photosynthesis.
This algae that lives inside coral is micro-algae (macro-algae is seaweed) and can double in mass in just 24 hours! They might save our future due to their stability in water sources of any size.
They can soak up heavy metals, metabolising them into safer chemicals - something humans have had no way of disposing of until now. These undesirable heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, among others) are produced during the mining process of precious metals and gemstones, and can cause land slides, acid rain, and water pollution.

This Atoll ring is inspired by the algae, a life form that supports our world’s oceans, and the coral that supports and surrounds it. This ring formed the ‘Growth’ category in the ‘Power of Plants’ collection, a capsule release that focused on the abilities of plants. This ring can be made with the precious metal of your choice.

This ring was hand carved in wax, direct cast into silver and features a moss agate. Inspired by seaweed, a beautiful and abundant macro-algae which grows in colonies to form underwater forests, these provide shelter and food for a variety of organisms.
One particular red seaweed called Porphyra is known as ‘nori’ in Japan and is used to make sushi. Seaweed can grow 2ft in one day and is only now being recognised for its potential uses combatting climate change. Super-powered seaweeds are estimated to be absorbing around 190 million tons of carbon each year, about as much as the annual emissions of the state of New York.
Hand carved stacking ring, made to resemble the beautiful bamboo plant. Part of my 'Power of Plants' collection. Created to highlight the amazing superpowers that many plants have, so that we can respect them more. It can be made from the precious metal of your choice.
Bamboo has many uses. It is the fastest growing plant on planet earth and produces 30% more oxygen than other plants while absorbing more CO2.
It doesn’t need fertiliser because its own fallen leaves become its food once broken down by fungus.
Bamboo’s strong root system helps prevent soil erosion and landslides in areas prone to loss of habitat, can be used to treat wounds, and is a huge part of Asian cuisine.
Used for construction, bamboo is actually stronger than steel due to its flexibility and high tensile strength.
Bamboo is also high in phytonutrients and can help prevent heart disease and strokes.

This ring was inspired by kelp from the British coastline. It is made from either 9ct yellow recycled gold or silver, depending on which you choose.
Seaweed plays an important role in marine ecosystems, providing food and shelter for ocean life, while absorbing and storing carbon which helps combat ocean acidification.
The plant itself is mesmerising to watch move under the water, ebbing and flowing with the rhythm of ocean currents. These long gentle lines served as inspiration for this piece.

The Scarab ring was hand-carved from jewellers wax using an ancient tradition of lost wax casting and made into recycled silver. Its design was inspired by the ancient scarabs carved by Egyptians and placed into burial chambers for safe passing into the afterlife. The animal usually chosen for a Scarab was a dung beetle, hence why most people refer to the talismans as ‘Scarab beetles’. These two beetles are holding hands to pass two souls into the afterlife together.
