For the processing, manufacture, packaging, and shipping of your jewellery - please allow 1 week if it’s in stock and 6-8 weeks for made to order pieces.
You can request different sizes, metals, gemstones, or even fully bespoke designs using the contact section of the website. If you do decide to change anything, the piece would become bespoke, extending the lead time to 10-12 weeks. Your piece may arrive with you much sooner than this, but we always allow a longer timeframe to account for any delays in the production process. These timeframes may vary slightly, but this is the nature of handmade work.

Additional tariffs will be applied to your individual orders and invoiced to you directly before dispatch. These tariffs are sitting at around 10% of your total order value, please keep this in mind before purchasing your jewellery.
Prices can sometimes vary between ring sizes, widths and depths.
Your jewellery may vary ever so slightly from that in the photos. This is because it has been made by a real human, not in a factory. We believe this to be key to the experience of handmade jewellery, that each piece is genuinely unique.
Each piece is made to order so we can minimise waste and maintain a slow supply chain, in line with Lores’ values.
We only use recycled metals and ethically mined or second-hand gemstones in our stock pieces.
All of our bespoke work also aligns with our ethos, using responsibly sourced materials wherever possible.
