One of our team can size your fingers in person for your new piece of jewellery, or if you are further afield we recommend going into another fine jewellery store to check your size. Using 1-2 stores allows a little more accuracy. If you need to size your partner without them finding out (think - engagement rings or gifts) we suggest using our postable ring sizer if you have a ring of theirs at home which you know fits.

For our truly bespoke options, our current lead times are 10-12 weeks (2-3 months). For pre-ordering stock it is a shorter time-frame of 6-8 weeks. If the item is in stock it usually only needs a week of processing and postage until it can arrive with you.

Great question! All of our precious metals such as; silver, gold and platinum, are either recycled from the technology industry or unwanted jewellery from our clients. Our gemstones are either reclaimed from broken or unworn pieces, or ethically mined using a traceable mine to market approach.

Nearly always, yes. That’s because within the price of the piece is the labour of the full design process from start to finish. With stock we do not charge any design time, only materials and time taken to produce the piece from a raw casting.

We do yes, they are subject to a small fee (usually 1.5-3%) since we have to outsource our payment plans to our payment provider.
