At Lores, each bespoke and made-to-order piece is meticulously handcrafted, and as such, production time and delivery may vary. The following information outlines our shipping policies regarding production timelines, methods, and international duties.
Bespoke Jewellery: Clients are advised to allow approximately 8-10 weeks for the creation of bespoke items following the payment of the deposit. Once production is complete, additional time will be required for shipping. These timelines are designed to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Made-to-Order Shop Items: For items classified as made to order within our shop collection, a production period of approximately 4 weeks is expected unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Items that are ready to ship will be dispatched within one week of the order being placed, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
UK Delivery: All items shipped within mainland United Kingdom will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure secure and timely delivery. Customers will have the opportunity to select their preferred insurance level during the checkout process. In the event that the selected insurance coverage is insufficient to cover the value of the item, and should the item go missing, Lores will only be liable to compensate the customer up to the amount covered by Royal Mail. Once dispatched, orders within the UK typically arrive within 1-2 working days.
International Shipping: For international orders, Lores utilizes reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail. While we strive to provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates as these are contingent on factors beyond our control. Customers should allow between 3-15 working days for international deliveries. In the event of delays extending beyond this timeframe, Lores will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their shipments.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping costs calculated at checkout. These charges are determined by the customer’s local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lores disclaims any liability for customs fees incurred by international orders, and payment of these fees is required for the successful delivery of items.

Should any new countries be added to the sanctions list by these services that are not included in the list above, we reserve the right to refuse your order.
