RING SIZING

Whether we have made your ring, or its a piece you already own, we can make sure its the right size for you. At Lores, we know the frustrating feeling of having beautiful pieces of jewellery you can’t wear because it doesn’t fit right.

Sizing can be done in a few different ways, each way depends on where you are based and your access to a jewellers nearby.

We have a plastic reusable ring-sizer that you can purchase from our shop, which can be posted out to you, allowing you to size your own finger. To use the plastic ring-sizer, please use the instruction booklet provided in the envelope, if you struggle at all please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can talk you through it. If doing the sizing yourself makes you worried you’ll get it wrong, we would advise going to your nearest jewellers and asking them to size you or getting in touch with one of our team members who can do your ring sizing in person via a consultation appointment. Face to face consultation appointments are only available to customers based in (or willing to travel to) Cheltenham or Bristol, so please let us know if this applies to you.

For ring-sizing where the design allows for us to stretch it by just half a size or one full size, we often won’t need to add any metal and this is therefore the cheapest option. The pricing can be higher for more complex designs, large increases and decreases in ring size, as you are paying for more labour and the metal costs.
