This ring is set with an olive green tourmaline and made of 9ct recycled yellow gold. Its design features a stylised olive branch.

  • The olive branch has been known to symbolise many things, such as peace, wisdom and victory.

  • The trunk of the olive tree signifies fertility and prosperity, while the oil represents the divine essence.

  • Greek gods were believed to have been born under its branches, and garlands of olive leaves were worn by winners in the first Olympic Games, victorious gladiators and Roman emperors.

  • The Mediterranean people knew of the secrets of olives long before scientists. Its health benefits are numerous, with anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, stroke and cholesterol reducing properties alongside a high concentration of antioxidants to name just a few.
