Repair Consultation
Purchasing this ‘Repair Consultation’ will allow you as a client of ours an hour appointment with Lorna, the head designer and founder of Lores.
The cost of this consultation is refundable against the end price of your repair or piece of jewellery.
In this appointment Lorna will be able to talk through whether the repair is possible, how long it should take and the costs involved to you. Any questions you have will be answered in detail with the full knowledge and expertise needed for high end jewellery restoration.
All repairs are then decided upon by Lorna, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is needed for the work to start. This deposit covers part of the gemstones or metals needed, the time taken to complete the labour, remaking time, along with the admin involved with repair work. Repairs usually take between 4-6 weeks to complete and are often faster than this timeframe, however adequate timing is necessary for the rare occurrences that aspects of the benchwork is slower than planned.
We are always ready to help wherever it’s needed, and if your final jewellery piece isn’t exactly how you wanted it please do not hesitate in telling us so we can solve any issues that may have arisen.
