Wax Ring Carving Workshop for Two
Design and carve your own silver rings at Lores' wax carving workshop.
This 3 hour, hands-on session is perfect for two – whether you’re bringing your partner, best friend, or a family member. You can carve your own rings or swap and carve each other’s. It’s a brilliant gift idea for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
Lorna will guide you through the process, starting with a short intro to the lost wax technique. You’ll sketch out your designs and learn how to carve your ring from wax, with plenty of tips along the way. Your finished wax creations will be cast in recycled silver, polished, and ready for collection or posting within 4–6 weeks.
Add-ons like engraving, gold plating, or gemstone setting are available to make your piece even more personal (these are priced separately).
Caffeinated refreshments are provided, or BYO if you’d like.
The workshop is held at Silver & Steel, 74 East St, Bedminster, Bristol BS3 4EY. There’s a small car park nearby called Little Paradise and other parking options around the area.
You will receive an e-voucher via email for your jewellery making class – the perfect surprise for the creatives amongst us.
Once you’ve purchased your voucher, we will schedule a time that works for everyone.
